Our projects

Our first introduction of the functional fava protein isolate will be followed by more ingredients to realise a portfolio of functional plant based proteins to serve the needs of many markets and applications. Two future introductions are illustrated below.

Potato Protein Isolate

Naturally present proteins are extracted and isolated from non-genetically modified potatoes resulting in functional proteins with unique characteristics for applications as binding agent in meat alternatives or smooth textured dairy alternatives.

GreenProtein EU project

GreenProtein was a European project under the Horizon 2020 EU-BBI schedule aiming at a major innovation in the field of protein production and food loss reduction in the EU by producing high-added value, food-grade functional proteins and other ingredients, out of green leaves. The project started in September 2016 and ended in May 2021
